Advance Payment for initial Consult & Treatment

We are committed to providing all patients with the opportunity to schedule acupuncture services efficiently and promptly. A deposit is Required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your initial acupuncture session. If your insurance covers acupuncture, the deposit will not be necessary. Please note, payment for acupuncture is due at the time of your appointment, this is just the consult fee. 

Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Additionally, if you cancel or miss your appointment without providing at least 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Because initial appointments require extra time and time slots are tightly scheduled, we require new patients to provide 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Existing patients must provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Out of respect for our time and to other patients waiting for visits, a fee of $55 will be charged for late cancellations and rescheduling or your prepaid session will be forfeited.
